This is a reserve apparatus. It was probably being used as Truck 14 for this fire.

First alarm: E15, E14, E10, T14, B10, B1
(Engine, Truck, Battalion Chief)

Second alarm: E4, E6 (probably), T4, B13

If it went to more than two alarms, the responding units become unclear. Too many different possibilities.
